Membership Requirements:
Any person in the wholesale or vending business of convenience or candy products in the State of Illinois and who shall be determined to be a legitimate distributor of such products may be admitted to regular Membership in the Corporation upon approval by a majority of the Board of Directors. The word “person” shall include an individual, a partnership or a corporation. Each Member shall designate in writing and file in the business office of the Corporation the name of one of its Directors or officers or individual employed by it in an executive capacity to represent it at meetings of the Members of the Corporation. Any Member which maintains one or more branch offices, a branch office being one whose ownership by the Member is fifty percent (50%) or more, in addition to the Member's principal place of business shall nevertheless be entitled to only one Membership in the Corporation.
Associate Members:
Persons working in an allied industry, a manufacturer, a manufacturer’s
representative, a broker, and
any other related businesses,
may be admitted to associate
Membership in the Corporation
upon approval by a majority of
the Board of Directors.
